SAIPRASAD PANCHAL
Born into a non-musical family in Nanded, Saiprasad Panchal’s journey into Hindustani classical music has been one of deep learning and curiosity. Blessed with a vibrant and melodious voice, he was encouraged by those around him to pursue the rich tradition of Shastriya Sangeet.
He began his formal training at the age of 11 under the guidance of Shri Laxmikant Ravande Ji in Nanded. With dedication and rigorous riyaaz, he decided to take his passion further and moved to Pune to deepen his musical journey—not only through the traditional Guru-Shishya parampara but also by pursuing formal academic education in music.

His second Guru was Shri Hemang Mehta Ji, a senior disciple of Padma Vibhushan Sangeet Martand Pandit Jasraj Ji, the legendary doyen of the Mewati Gharana. Currently, Saiprasad Panchal continues to refine his art under the esteemed guidance of Pandit Sanjeev Abhyankar Ji, one of the foremost exponents of the Mewati Gharana today.
With a relentless pursuit of excellence, Saiprasad Panchal remains committed to preserving and propagating the timeless beauty of Hindustani classical music.
Saiprasad is a sincere and dedicated practitioner of Hindustani Shastriya Sangeet, which is evident in his performances—an outcome of deep Guru Bhakti and rigorous Riyaaz. A versatile singer, he excels in Bhavpradgaan Gayaki, bringing profound emotional expression to his renditions. His performing capabilities extend beyond classical music, encompassing Haveli Sangeet, Bhavgeet, Abhangs, Jasrangi Jugalbandi, and Marathi Ghazals, showcasing his artistic depth and adaptability.
